Rodley
A nice, comfortable terrace house, bought at a good price and a base for the future.
Rodley: Down by the canal, with pleasant walks and a bit of open space. Let's hope there is not too much development in the area in the future.

The Garage: The first job was to prep the man-cave. Paint the floor so it is easier to clean. Then make some racks to store the junk!
The back entrance: A bit of paint, some decking, rush screen, and the back entrance is now a little smarter.
Cat in the kitchen: A nice sized space to do some cooking.
Clean up the lounge: A few knick-knacks and the lounge is starting to look livable. Hooray for Ikea!
And the garden: Some nice pots, lillies and other assorted plants, and we are away. Planting out a garden would be better, but the spaniel was destined to dig anything up anyway.
Before and after: Spaniel proofing, low maintenance and a nice area to relax.
The loft: Need. more. space. Okay, well, space for the clothes and boxes. A bit of lumber, plywood and paint, remainder piece of carpet, a loft ladder and lots of time in the ceiling.
